My KAMRUI AMR5 won't turn on

Hi there, if this isn't the appropriate place for this, I apologize, but I need help. In July, I bought a KAMRUI AMR5 mini-PC, with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor, 32 gigs of RAM, and 500 GB hard disk space. A little under a month into owning it, it shut off in the middle of gaming and it has refused to come back on since then. I tried calling the support number AND emailing support before now but all this time and I've yet to hear anything back. DOes anyone know what might have happened? I'm suspecting the power supply fried somehow, but I have no way of knowing this. Again, if this isn't where this should be posted, I apologize.
