Firebat T8 Plus issue...

Hi Barry
I have a problem with my FIREBAT T8 Plus Mini PC Intel N100/16GB/512GB, it has been working perfectly for the last month, however, my monitor now keeps displaying "HDMI no output" or something like that, I just get a blank black screen. I have swapped hdmi cables, discharged the unit many times tried most things but not achieved anything. I have connected the monitor to another pc and it works fine.
I am thinking it maybe a intel software update but not sure.
On your message above this one you give some help "Press the key combination WIN+CTRL+SHIFT+B" is this on bootup, or whilst the machine is running?
Obviously I can't see anything on my screen.
What is the key combination to get into the Bios please, and am I likely yo see the bios screen if the HDMI is not getting video to the monitor.
I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.

Unfortunately, Firebat is not a brand of this company. My recommendation is to reach out to the seller to see if they can help.

Having said this, try the Del key on startup, as that's the most commonly used key to get into the BIOS.
