I was re-installing a new windows to just wipe all my old files and stuff. Something went wrong with the Install it finished by resetting then going to the blue screen and something about a critical error. now it just reboots and stops on the ami start screen. Wont even give me a chance to boot into bios it just sits on the ami screen until you press the power button.I have tried the un-plugging the cmos and the pliers on the two prongs and tried pressing the button in the headphone jack

Just in case, are you using a Bluetooth keyboard? If so, try using a wired or wireless with USB dongle keyboard. Bluetooth keyboards generally can't be used to enter the BIOS, as Bluetooth doesn't start until Windows itself boots.

If you are using a wired or wireless with USB dongle keyboard, are you tapping or pressing and holding the Del key immediately after pressing the power button? If so and it's just not working, I'd contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com to see if he can help.
