Tank 03 3060 No Performance Mode No RGB light

Hi, I have a problem with my Tank 03 3060. One day, the tank 03 turned off by itself and after that, the RGB backlight and performance mode stopped working. What could be the problem? I reset the BIOS settings to default. Thank you

What I noticed is that no power difference between Normal mode and Performance mode. Tested with aida64 and Core Temp
