New AM06PRO won't boot after restart

After I reboot this unit I just get a black screen and the fan stays steady at 100%. No bios and no windows. After it sits powered off for a while if will boot up. Thanks

Did you do anything to it before that happened? How long does it need to sit before it works properly?

Just went through the Windows setup. It seems to take around 10-15 before it will startup again. The top of the unit does get warm.

Warm is normal, all electronics get warm when they're in use. Hot, would be bad.

If the system is new, I'd suggest going through support from the seller or the contact information on these forums, to get further assistance. Having a new system that doesn't power on is unusual.
