Post by Chesco »

I have a problem and it is that when I connect the charger to my Acemagic AX16pro laptop its performance drops, but when I disconnect it its performance is fine, any solution?

Windows can have different performance settings depending on the power method. I'd suggest checking if you have it set to performance or efficient, as it sounds like they might be accidentally swapped.

Where do I see that? I have it balanced, but when I put it on maximum performance there is no difference, it seems that the performance goes down or doesn't go up as much

Please navigate to "Settings" > "System" > "Power" > "Power Mode" and select "Best Performance."

I have it in balanced mode when I use it without a charger and when I use it with a charger I put it in maximum performance because I only get 3 options (best energy efficiency, balanced and maximum performance). But the performance still drops, I don't understand why.

Has the performance drop been verified through testing software? Please provide us with screenshots of the anomalies for verification.
