T8PRO fan replacement

Goodmorning,
it's few days that my t8pro fan is became incredibly noise.
Could you please suggest me good fan to replace and possibly a guide on how to replace it?

I'd contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. When you do so, I'd include a video, with audio, of the issue, or at least the audio if you don't have a way to record the video with audio, as he'll likely ask for such. If the unit might still be under warranty, I'd also include the order number from when you purchased it.
