My mini pc has the same issue and I have been struggling to get the issue resolved. The charger is perfectly fine and has green light on when it is not connected to the pc. It turns off when connected to the pc and pc would not turn on. I have contacted the customer service but they asked for my order number at the time of purchase which I didn’t receive at all. Am helpless at this moment!! Any help will be very helpful.

Given that a couple of other people have experienced something similar, and it turned out to be the power cord going from the outlet to the power brick, it might be worth taking a look at. It might be that the cord inside is mostly broken, so while it's still enough to provide power to the brick when there's no load, as soon as the unit is turned on it draws more than the cord can provide. Like maybe there are only a couple of strands of wire still connected inside of the plastic coating.
That's just a guess though. If it is the power cord, I did find a few cords on Amazon that look just like it, though I can't say with 100% certainty that they're the same thing. Hopefully others might be able to verify whether they are, including barry777. I'll PM him and ask. I'll list a few below, though there are a whole bunch of them, varying in price and review quality.

Hello I emailed Barry maybe March 20 got a reply on March 21 from Kin. With instructions to send pc in to a Brooklyn NY address. Hope this is legit.

Yes, there's a repair shop they deal with in New York that you can send the item to. I did the same thing when an older system died, and I got my replacement pretty quickly.

Hi, we are experiencing the same thing. I installed Minecraft for my son last night, 5 minutes after I left the room without anyone touching it, the PC shut down. This morning it will not power on.
Brick light is green until I plug it into the PC then it goes out.

Sounds like some kind of short; that's what happened to the system I referenced before. You can try doing some basic troubleshooting, like leaving it for a few minutes unplugged, holding the power button to convince it to drain, or try a BIOS battery discharge (some details are found throughout the forum for different models).Nonwittyname wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2024 12:06 pmHi, we are experiencing the same thing. Make sure you contact tech support - there are phone numbers on this forum's home page; or, use your seller's contact information on Amazon (or whatever site you purchased it through); or, you can try messaging Barry777 on here as well. Biggest thing is proof of purchase (order number on Amazon, etc).

So my ace magician just shut down out of no where mid gaming what can I do to fix this I’m really worried about this seeing all the powers issues

If it's not currently running, I'd try a reset using a paper clip in the little hole on the front of the unit, holding the button in for about ten or fifteen seconds, then trying to start the unit.
