am 16 usb boot

hi folks
just bought an am16 from amazon but i sadly discover that boot from usb is not possbile.

i just wnt to do a clean installation of win11 but it seem not possible.
any suggestion?

but i'm trying to install a clean os from ms official site.

and the am16 doesn't recognize the usb create from ms official site...
is it quite strange....

At this point, I'd contact barry directly, at barry@minipcunion.com.

Currently, AM16 only supports UEFI boot mode. We recommend formatting the USB drive to NTFS. If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest trying to install the Windows 11 operating system that we have provided.
