Bluetooth lost connection

Hi,
I just bought NiPoGi T6 mini pc stick from Amazon and I'm trying to use bluetooth device. The device is correctly recognized and the pairing works fine but immediately after installing it no longer works losing connection even though Windows tells me that everything is working correctly. I tried with 3 different devices (2 keyboards and Playstation Joystick) but the behavior is always the same. Ok recognizing device , ok pairing, ok connection but immediately after setting "done" it doesn't work. in some cases windows says that the device is connected but it doesn't work, it seems that there is no synchronization in the transmission. Can anyone help me?

I'd download Driver Booster and see if it finds an updated driver for the Bluetooth/WiFi.

I wouldn't update any other drivers though. Just the one.
