We're settings these devices up in a corporate environment using Microsoft Intune Autopilot; unfortunately, we're having issues getting past the first step with them failing at "Securing your hardware (0x800704b4)". It looks like this is an issue with the TPM, and so we're trying to find some information about how to change TPM settings in the BIOS but I can't find anything about the TPM there.
Are there any options we're missing or BIOS updates we can run to resolve this?
TPM Configuration
Re: TPM Configuration
TPM is enabled by default. You can check its status by opening Device Manager, selecting "Security Devices," and then checking the status of "Trusted Platform Module 2.0."
It is recommended to use the original Windows 11 operating system. If the issue persists, please provide the purchase order number along with images or videos of the problem. We will verify the information and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
