I have a brand new from Amazon Kamrui AM06PRO,16gb ram, 512gb hard drive, AMD Ryzen 5 5500U processor. It is connected to a Dell S2716DG Monitor with the supplied HDMI to HDMI from the mini computer.
The screen randomly goes black. fairly often, talking minutes not hours between occurrences. Sometimes it will come back ''on'' in a second or two. sometime not. However I do seem to be able to bring my picture back by pulling the HDMI out and plugging it back in, but that is only a temporary fix as the display continues to randomly go black.
does this sound like an internal hardware problem, or is there anything I can try to fix this instead of returning it?

Do you have another HDMI cable to try, even if only temporarily?
