Bluetooth not working

As the title states, my Bluetooth isn't working anymore. I've tried unpairing devices and trying to reconnect them, downloading a driver from Realtek, even uninstalling the driver and shutting the computer down to try and force Windows to install a working one - nothing. This is probably the third time in about a month that this is happened. I'm getting desperate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In this case, we recommend you try the following:
1. Uninstall the Bluetooth driver, restart Mini PC, then download and install this driver(WiFi6 8852BE):



2. The problem may be caused by the latest system update. Try to uninstall the latest Windows update;

3. Reinstall the AMR5 system.

where do i put these files? Once downloaded?

Open Device Manager > Expand [Bluetooth] and double-click to open [Bluetooth Adapter], then select Manual Update to select the above folder.
