CK10 i7 10710U - nessun suono dal jack audio

Ho provato con differenti tipi di casse e di cuffie ma il jack audio posto davanti al pc non dà suono.
Utilizzando casse Bluetooth tutto funziona bene.
Come posso risolvere?

Please check for any issues in Device Manager. If there are no problems, verify that the 3.5mm audio output is connected properly. If the issue persists, try connecting the audio device via a USB port.
