Bonjour,
J'ai commandé un pc AMR5 il y a frux ans sur Amazon et tout allait bien jusqu'à hier où le pc s'est arrêté alors que je l'utilisais et ne s'allume plus depuis.
Que puis je faire?

See if the following video helps, especially the CMOS reset procedure outlined in the first part of the video, though cleaning the RAM wouldn't hurt. You can use a non abrasive eraser, like a pencil eraser, to clean the RAM contacts.
