I bought 6 AK1 but I can't activate windows 10 pro. can you help me ?

This did not work for me and I am also unable to activate windows. Please resolve this immediately. I will also be contacting Amazon.

You should contact ACEPC's after-sales support at the following address for a new product key...

service@iacepc.com

Make sure to explain what you've tried to get the system to activate. This way they know why you need the new Product Key.
