DDR 5 Memory

Post by dbtcs »

I tried to upgrade to a Crucial RAM 96GB Kit (2x48GB) DDR5 5600MHz (or 5200MHz or 4800MHz) Laptop Memory CT2K48G56C46S5 and the system will
not boot. I have read reviews that saw 2x48 memory is supported.
How can I make this new memory work?

I would contact barry777, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. He may request a snapshot of the main page of the BIOS, so I would include that, just in case.
W8 Pro • GK1 • AK3 • AM02 • T6 Pro • AMR5 • GK3 Pro • AD03 • AM06 Pro • T8 Pro • S1 • T8 Plus • CK10 • AK2 Pro

Thanks for your suggestion.
I contacted Barry and he sent me an updated firmware. I installed it and now Windows 11 recognizes my new memory.
Special thanks to barry777 for his responsive fix to my problem.
