Acemagic T9 Plus led not working

I bought the AceMagic T9 Plus N100 Mini PC from AliExpress.
I reinstalled Windows in a virtual environment and I need the LedControl program.
Please provide me with the program or a communication manual.
It does not work with the S1 LED program.

Acemagic does not make or sell a "T9 Plus". Do you have a link to the product you bought?

The link isn't working. Something pops up for a split second, then it goes to a "Sorry, the page you requested can not be found:(" message.

From what I could see from the quick flash of the picture, it doesn't look like a model this company makes, but may possibly be something that another company makes and then put an Acemagic label on it.

I would try contacting the seller to see if they have a solution.

I was able to find what I think may be it. It resembles what I see in the quick flash of the picture from the link you provided.

Link - It's a REALLY long link, so I did it this way to not take up a bunch of space.

If that's it, it's definitely not a model they support. I would try contacting the seller through AliExpress.

Thank you for your response. I inquired at the store. But why can they label it as acemagic when it's not supported? Is it true that acemagic does not provide the t9 plus?

• The manufacturer of T9 plus is https://www.cyxtech.com/

• If you can't read Chinese language and dare to use e.g. Google-Translate you might find the overview (1)

• Basically T9 plus is a more current version of T8 plus, with N100 CPU and added RGB LED

• The S1 downloads will supply you with a tool "CYX RGB LED Control v1.0.2.0 (2)"

• The Control Program uses a USB port (USB-SERIAL CHS340 (COM3)), at least on a w11 "bare metal" installation

• You might want to check if COM3 is transparent in your virtual environment.

May I ask you to provide us with a screenshot of the BIOS-homepage?
