Bonjour, J'ai acheté un pc portable ACEMAGIC AX15 neuf il y'a une semaine. Après avoir remplacé Windows 11 par Windows 10, après le pavé tactile (Touchpad) a cessé de fonctionner. Il ne figure ni dans les paramètres ni dans le gestionnaire des périphériques. et quand je vais le gestionnaire des périphériques je trouve la souris (connectée via USB) qui s'affiche à la place du pavé tactile.
Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
