PINが「資格情報」として認識されなく、ログインできない。

よろしくお願いします。
ブルーのPIN入力の画面で、PINが認識せず、PCとして利用できません。PINの再設定をクリックするも反応せず、PINの画面に戻り、ループ状態です。
また、「Shift押したまま＋再起動」によるリセットを試みるも、PINの画面にもどります。どうしたらよいでしょうか？

On the blue PIN input screen, the PIN is not recognized, and I cannot use the PC. Clicking on "Reset PIN" does not respond and returns to the PIN screen, creating a loop. Additionally, attempting a reset by "Holding Shift + Restart" also returns to the PIN screen. What should I do?

実施してみましたが、ダメでした。

１）PIN入力画面で、「資格情報がない」と拒否される
２）「PINを忘れた場合」では、ループ状態
３）「shift＋再起動」する
４）ブルーの画面になる
５）ブラックの画面になる
６）１）にもどる＝ループ状態

といった状態です。
復帰できますか？？？

I tried it, but it didn't work.

１）On the PIN input screen, it says "No credentials" and rejects it.
２）On "Forgot PIN", it goes into a loop.
３）I "Shift + Restart".
４）It goes to a blue screen.
５）Then it goes to a black screen.
６）It returns to step 1, creating a loop.

Is there a way to recover from this?

なかなかうまくいきませんでした。

＞２．再起動後、次のインターフェースに入り「トラブルシューティング」をクリックします。

「トラブルシューティング」の画面にならず、もとのPIN入力の画面になります。その後はループ状態に。

＞左ボタンを押し続けてください: [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [F3]でデバッグモードに入ります。

こちらも反応がなかったです。。。
