I don't think there is a way to change the BIOS language, but you could try asking barry777, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com.
As for the clock, I'm not sure why it would do that. As far as I know, it should match the time on Windows.

1. Currently, the BIOS language is only English.
2. Regarding the abnormal screen time of S1, it may be: after shutting down and disconnecting the power supply, the time will not continue to move forward. After booting up, you need to open the screen control software to synchronize the time.
