Fan Speed

There is some app around who can control fan speed for this Pc?
It's very annoying when fan stops and go continuosly, was asking if some app can be able to control it.
From Bios i can't figure out anything, because nothing changes fan behaviour, no matter what edits i do

There is currently no related application/BIOS setting to control the fan, which can be adjusted through the knob on the AM08 Pro.

Absolutely No Control of the fan through bios
No matter what settings you change Nothing will happen
No Software will tie-in and control it either

there is No Way to control this fan on the am08pro

i want to keep the temps down from Bursting into the 90's C
i want an even keel 70 or 80% fan all the time, i like a cold running chip
