Hello,
I wanted to upgrade my ck10 ram from 16gb (2x8) to 32gb (2x16). I ordered these DIMMS
Crucial RAM CT16G4SFRA32A 16GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (2933MHz oder 2666MHz)
but the CK10 did not boot with these. It turned on but did nothing, only the fan spins.
I cant find any listing for compatible RAM.
What do you think about these?
Lexar SODIMM DDR4 16GB, 3200 MHz Laptop RAM (LD4AS016G-B3200ASST)
The 8gb DIMMs are also from lexar.
And another question, is there a place for downloading new BIOS files?
My CK10 has a Bios Version AMI 5.26 from 06/19/2023

Before replacing the memory module, you must disconnect the power adapter.
1. Use an eraser to gently wipe the metal contact points of the memory module, and use a hair dryer to clean the location of the memory slot.
2. After confirming that the installation is successful, connect the power adapter and turn on the computer. After replacing new hardware, you need to wait a few minutes for adaptation. If there is still no response, please replug and unplug the HDMI interface.
There are currently no related BIOS updates.
