Pourriez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?

Je souhaite réinstaller un BIOS pour le modèle AMR5 U5700 OUVIS,
acheté pendant la période du Black Friday de l'année dernière.

Je pense avoir effectué une ou plusieurs mauvaises manipulations en tentant d'activer le Secure Boot durant la nuit,
(Pourtant on m'avait appris à ne pas faire confiance aux nightly build ^^),

Car je n'ai plus accès à certaines possibilités de configuration,
notamment Northbridge - Southbridge - GFX (ainsi paramétrer la mémoire dédiée à la partie AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics du processeur),
aussi ne pas voir la capacité des barrettes de RAM en totalité ni les slots,
ne pas avoir des Keys pour réussir à bien l'activer,
peut-être même avoir fait un Reset de trop de quelques éléments :/

Ainsi peut être aussi être brièvement accompagnée pou réussir à l'activer comme me le demandait la suite Avast.

(J'ai aussi eu la surprise de ne pas pouvoir me connecter au forum en ayant le VPN de Avast activé)

If you can still get into the BIOS, you should be able to reset everything to default values. The F Key for doing so should be on the right side of the main BIOS screen. Do that, then Save and Exit the BIOS and see if that gets everything working again.

I'd agree with Gabe, do a BIOS default reset first, assuming you can get into it. If you can't even boot the system, it would be difficult to perform a BIOS update as that requires getting into the OS post BIOS.

Gabe, I was looking in the AMR5 forum area but can't find it - wasn't there a BIOS update for the AMR5 model because the front dial wasn't actually working as expected? I'd always wondered if I should install that on my own system.

Good memory. I had forgotten all about that. It was here.

I had a tricky, darn near scary time installing it, as the instructions were lacking. I thought I'd bricked the unit.

So that BIOS update was posted back in 2022, and the version Abygae referenced is 2023. Now I wonder if there is indeed a later version available.

It's a different model than what I have too. Mine is the R5 5600U version.

Je crois avoir réussi à remettre le UEFI BIOS en paramètres de sortie d'usine.

Voici une photo des paramètres du coté Secure Boot :
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il manque encore des Key (à un moment il n'y avait que des No Keys),
Ni pourquoi il y en à une nommée "Test (AMI)".



Concernant les paramètres GFX Configuration, j'ai réussi à aller dans le bon menu grâce à ce post :

si les BIOS pour les AMD Ryzen se ressemblent dans les menus,
Peut-être serait-il bon de l'épingler dans une rubrique comme Troubleshooting ou Computer Security Zone ?
Je le trouve bien car il y a le chemin pour réussir à configurer la RAM dédiée pour la partie Radeon
(une autre rubrique vide se nomme aussi GFX Configuration existe et donne l'impression d'un dysfonctionnement)
Tout comme l'avertissement de sécurité indiquant une possible instabilité si il y a une modification.
Personnellement je viens d'attribuer 8Go sur les 32Go de RAM de mon système.
Si vous avez un avis ou une configuration plus fine à me proposer, je suis tout ouïe.

Concernant l'accès au forum via le VPN de Avast, j'ai testé avec une localisation aux USA, et ca ne fonctionne toujours pas.
J'espère que ce n'est pas du à un blacklist de leur part.

It's possible the VPN is assigning an IP address that is flagged by Spamhaus. However, the only problem this ever causes for me is with posting a new topic or replying to an existing one. When I'm using a flagged IP address I can't do either thing, though I still have no issue with signing into and/or viewing the forum. Apparently a lot of the IP addresses my ISP uses are flagged by Spamhaus, so I run into this problem quite often. I use a VPN to get around it, though I use ProtonVPN, not Avast VPN.

As for the BIOS configuration, that's above my experience level.
