Video goes blank but still hear the audio T11

SO i can watch a video and after about 10 minutes or so the video cuts off but the audio still plays. It has happened in microsoft teams stream also.
Do you think its over heating? is there something that i can do becuse i brought it mainly to watch videos

We recommend that you change your sleep settings to never sleep. 1. Click the start menu to open "Settings"
2. Click "System" from the setting options
3. Click "Power and Sleep"
4. In the sleep column, select the sleep time from the drop-down menu, if you let the computer never sleep, select "never"
Precautions
Set to never sleep will consume more power than regular sleep

is there anything else i can try because it has always been on never sleep. please help as i cant even use it for the purpose i brought it for. Thank you
