could you please reupload the drivers? google drive says that it would have been downloaded too often

Google drive limits the downloads for non Google accounts. You can get around the limit by first signing into your Google account, then trying the download again. If you don't have a Google account I'd recommend signing up for one, even if only for this purpose.
