Increase 300U wattage to 25W?

Hi.

I am wondering if it is possible to increase the wattage on the AM02 300U version to 25W in the BIOS? If it is not available in the BIOS would it be safe to use a program like Universal x86 Tuning Utility (https://github.com/JamesCJ60/Universal- ... ng-Utility)?

Overclocking testing is not recommended.
