Ak1Plus Ram 16gb rom 512 won't turn on

I haven't used my mini PC in a couple weeks and I've I've back to it and tries to turn it on and as soon as a do the blue light flashes once and it doesn't turn on. Can anyone help with this?

I would try a "BIOS discharge". The instructions for the procedure are in the following video. If you don't have metal tweezers like in the video, just short out the two poles with a screwdriver or some other piece of metal. Also, while you have the unit disassembled you may want to reseat the m.2 drive, just in case.
