BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH, HELP!

I've had my ACEPC AK1 for less than two months and on Friday night it did some kind of update and Saturday morning the screen was black and read "REBOOT AND SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE OR INSERT BOOT MEDIA IN SELECTED BOOT DEVICE AND PRESS A KEY" (see attached picture). I've researched enough to know to press F2 until the booting system comes up and I need to make sure the boot mode shows UEFI and make sure my boot option priority is correct... I have no boot options, NOTHING! I pressed the key for "LOAD OPTIMAL DEFAULTS", no change. I can't seem to find a manufacturer support (that I can read). I have no idea what to do now. Any suggestions??? Thanks!

Power on and press the DEL key, after entering the BIOS, switch to the "BOOT" tab, and set the first boot item of "Boot Option #1" to
"widnows boot manager", then press F4 to save and exit.

Thankyou! I got this thing just since 2 days and suddenly it decided not to boot up anymore.
I came across this post which saved it from being thrown out the window
