They normally only provide a BIOS when there is genuine need for it. If you do have that need, I would state what it is.
You can also contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com, though again, he'll ask for the reason you're requesting the BIOS.

The device stopped turning on. The red LED lights up, the fan turns on, after a couple of seconds everything turns off. Once it was possible to restart normally by disconnecting the battery. But now nothing helps. I took it to a local computer service center, they said that they couldn’t do anything, the problem was most likely with the BIOS.

Just in case it might help, try reseating the storage and, if it has detachable RAM, the RAM as well, though I think the RAM in the GK3 is soldered to the system board.
Also, if you haven't tried to reset the CMOS, I would do so. The procedure is as follows...
If neither of these things helps, I would contact barry at the email address indicated in my prior reply.
