AM06 memory upgrade issues

i recently tried to upgrade the memory from the 16gb stock to 32gb (16x2) they are NEMIX 32gb kit DDR4-3200MHZ 260 pin SODIMM when i installed them and powered up nothing happened except the fan just stayed on and that's about it what's up with that do you think??? i tried just one in different slots every type of scenario and just the same i put oem ram in and everything was normal and fine is there a setting in the bios to fix this in the advertisement for this pc said it was upgradable but didn't say a specific brand of ram so any should work if the specs are the same... one would think if that's not the case it should have been noted in the advertisement i mean what else is one to think why wouldn't it work now im stuck with ram that doesn't work at the moment in this PC don't know about others thoughts info help would be greatly appreciated... There have been a few posts about upgrading the memory, including a tutorial video about installing it. Here: viewtopic.php?t=4194 is a topic showing Samsung and Team RAM have both worked. Can you include a link to the specific RAM you purchased? Maybe someone who has tested it would know what you can do, if anything.

(I've purchased RAM through NEMIX before, for a Dell server, and it worked without issue. They're a decent brand)

It is possible that AM06 is not compatible with this memory. It is recommended that you replace it:

yes i am realizing that now that they are for whatever reason non compatible funny the link that goes to team elite memory you shared pic shows different part number but the description gives the correct item number i just ordered the team elite ones found exact same but for 35$ new free shipping 2x16gb thank you for informing me but as you could imagine i already purchased the NEmix brand that doesn't work nowhere does it state that the memory had to be a certain kind in the listing just that it was upgradable with same type up to 64gb that shady advertisement if it said a certain kind i would have got that kind but i assumed it was any type of same type kind am i wrong? so now idk what to do with the other non working ram wich is very unfortunate https://7bcd85.myshopify.com/products/t ... 9439095878.

That 32GB (2x16GB) Teamgroup Elite memory is the exact same memory I used in my AM06 Pro, and it works perfectly.

Will they take the Nemix memory back?

no the nemix ram was a gift i requested and its complicated and now im stuck with it and i have no use for it ...already ordered team elite as you recomended.
