hello the other day while i was using my mini pc it powered down, now the only thing it does is go to the uefi shell, i exited out of the shell a few times and got to bios. under boot option all i see is uefi [built in uefi.....]
why is it doing this, does this mean the internal memory is dead?

In the BIOS, under the BOOT option ---BOOT Option #1 select: windows boot manager press F4 to save and exit.
If you don’t have this option, or choose this option to still enter the Shell, then you need to reinstall the system. This is the link to reinstall the system: Win10_1909_Pro: usp=sharing

how do i reinstall the system, do you mean the OS? if not where can i get the system to reinstall and what is the procedure.

The "system" the admin is referring to the OS. A link to download the OS is in a reply above (it's the blue Download button), and directly below that link is the re-installation instruction video.
I believe it's a proprietary OS, meaning it includes the drivers for the system, which will be installed along with the OS.

hello,
i have downloaded from the link above 3 times and made 3 diffrent usb dives as instructed by the video. all 3 time i get the same error that i posted above, is the device damaged, how can i check in the built in memory is good. or even if it can be written to?

Just out of curiosity, do you have an add on HDD/SSD attached to the unit, whether just for extra storage or as a system drive? If so, you may need to detach that add on drive before performing the OS installation.
