I would suggest verifying your drivers are current, then contacting Davici's support for help. They should know what settings you need to get this working, and if there is a graphic driver or setting, they would know what is needed.

1. Update GPU driver: First, you can try to update your GPU driver to ensure its compatibility and latest. After uninstalling the graphics driver, restart the computer, and then reinstall the graphics driver. After updating the driver, restart the computer and try to use DaVinci for GPU acceleration.

2. Lower the GPU processing mode: If you still cannot use the required GPU processing mode after updating the driver, you can try to use other GPU processing modes supported in Resolve. This may need to be changed in DaVinci settings
3. Contact the support team: If you have tried the above methods and still cannot use the required GPU processing mode, you can contact Resolve Resolve's support team for more help and support. They may be able to provide you with other solutions or suggestions.
