I have been trying to get RMA service through live support for over 3 weeks. All they do is read a script and promise RMA instructions which never come. I am beginning to believe this company does not intend to ever cover their warranty. If I had bought through amazon I could get a replacement in 1 day, but I made the mistake of buying directly and now my kid has not had a laptop at school for over 3 weeks, and I do the same song and dance with support literally every day, its sickening.
Posting this as a PSA/warning to all.

I'd both private message the admin and send an email to barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. Make sure to include your order number in the correspondences, as they'll likely request it.
