there are days that I cannot download the drivers.
I receive the Goggle message below

When you run into this issue, sign into your Google account, then try the download again. If you don't have a Google account I'd advise creating one, even if just for this purpose.

The download number seems to be limited for non Google account users. I don't know if they can do anything about changing it. I think it's controlled by Google themselves. But being signed into your Google account when you go to download it will get around that restriction.
