Win 11 startet nicht mehr

Beim Start erscheint kurz das Windows Logo und dann ist Ende. Ein Factory Reset war erfolglos. Ich weiß nicht, was ich noch tun soll.

The first thing I would try is a CMOS reset.

If you have a reset hole on the front near the bottom of the unit (look closely)...

With everything disconnected from the unit, and using a paper clip, press and hold the reset button for at least ten seconds. Then reconnect the power, monitor, keyboard and mouse and try turning the unit on.

If there is no reset hole on the front near the bottom of the unit...

With the power, monitor, keyboard and mouse connected to the unit, turn it on and immediately press and hold the Del key on the keyboard to get into the BIOS. While in the BIOS, you should see an F key option to reload the default values (I think it's F3). Press that key to do so, then press the F key to save the settings and exit (I think it's F4).

If the unit still doesn't work properly after that, I would try a system reinstall. You can find the system files, as well as the installation instruction video, here.

The Windows 11 Product Key is embedded in the BIOS, so when you reinstall the system Windows will automatically pick up the Product Key. With this said, after reinstall you may need to connect to the net for Windows to actually Activate, but again, Windows will elicit the Product Key from the BIOS, so you'll be fine.
