T11 Wifi disconect

Good morning, I need you to help me, I have a T11, at a commercial point, when I try to connect it to the Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi network controller turns off, it only allows me to connect the device by Ethernet, I am 100% sure that it network is perfect, it works on tablets, laptops and cell phones.

If I connect the device to another Wi-Fi network, it works normally, but I need it to connect to my Wi-Fi network without the driver disconnecting.

I reinstalled Windows 10 PRO and my WIFI disappeared and I can't find the drivers for this unit, so almost same problem. Ethernet works fine too.

Please reinstall the system: Win10_1909_Pro:
The stable version of the system we provide includes the installed driver. You may have lost the driver in the update system, because it is a BUG.
