Will not turn on

I took it out of the box plugged it in and tried to turn it on. It didn’t turn on. I’ve tried different outlets. The tiny reset button. Anything I could think of. It doesn’t want to work. I am new to pcs so I don’t have much experience but I am pretty sure it’s supposed to have power when plugged in.

Make sure that when you try to turn it on you press and hold the dial button for a second. If you press and immediately release the button it won't turn on. Also, make sure the plug on the power cable is pushed into the receptacle on the end of the power block as far as it will go. It can be kind of snug and may not be in all the way. Regarding the reset button, make sure to press and hold it in for at least ten or fifteen seconds (make sure everything is disconnected from the unit when doing this).

If it still doesn't turn on, I'd contact either the seller, barry at barry@minipcunion.com, or both. Barry is a tech for the company.

I have this exact problem right now with the green led on the brick light going out when I plug in the power cord. I did try another cord as well, no dice.

My Kamrui won’t start.
ORDER # 114-2605731-1861863
Here is my order number from Amazon.
It turned off while I was playing a Steam game.
I tried resetting the thing and swapping the RAM but no power is getting to it.
Do you sell new power chords? New components?

I’m having the same issue, my pc was working fine and just today it won’t turn on, I also notice the power light goes off when I plug it back to the computer but when I disconnected it’s back on??
