Please help!

Don’t know anything about pcs, just wanted something ready to use out the box for games. When setting it up, it said Wi-Fi wasn’t working despite all my other devices being ok, whatever, I used my hotspot. When I tried to restart to try fixing Wi-Fi issue, it wouldn’t let me sign in; I clicked sign in and the page would reset. Did a lot of deep diving and played in safe boot settings. Now! My screen is completely black on start up, only cursor shows and none of the keyboard shortcuts work :/ I don’t think I’ll be able to return since I’ve been using it so I hope I can fix this issue
