Probleme mit DisplaySoftware und kein erkennen von 2. SSD

Hallo zusammen,

habe seit einigen Tagen jetzt auch 2 S1 zu Hause und will mit diesen einen WIN11 / Batochera / Kodi Mediacenter PC bauen.

Leider gelingen mir zwei Dinge nicht... :

1) Ich kann das Display leider nicht bearbeiten - die Software scheint "tot" zu sein (wurde auch als Backdoor-Virus bei mir bei der Installation angezeigt).
2) Ich Will für Batochera die 2. SSD einbauen und habe folgende neue 1TB Versionen ausprobiert:
Ediloca EN600 PRO Interne SSD 1 TB PCle 3.0x4, NVMe M.2 2280, bis zu 3500 MB/s
Samsung 980 M.2 NVMe SSD, (MZ-V8V1T0BW), 1 TB, PCIe 3.0, 3.500 MB/s Lesen, 3.000 MB/s Schreiben
Beide NVMe SSD werden weder im Bios, noch unter Win11 erkannt.

wer kann mir helfen?

Did the unit not come with the LCD display program preinstalled?

1. If you cannot control the LCD screen after changing the system or resetting it, it is recommended to install C++ first and then run the program. Reference link:

2. Reasons why SSD cannot be recognized:
S1 The hard drive bay near the inside supports NVME/SATA protocol (adaptive); the hard drive bay near the outside only supports SATA protocol;
If you need to install a new NVME SSD, it needs to be installed in the inner hard disk slot to be recognized.
It should be noted that the newly installed SSD cannot be recognized by the BIOS because the new SSD does not contain the system boot file, so it cannot be recognized; the SSD needs to be formatted before installing the system.
1. If you have another computer, you can download [DiskGenius] to format the SSD.
2. If there is no other computer, you can create a PE system and enter the PE system to format the SSD.
It is recommended to refer to the following video for formatting operations:

Hallo,

ich glaube dass die angebotene Lösung nicht funktioniert, da mein Problem ein anderes ist.

Meine Win 11 Installation auf der bestehenden 512GB SSD funktioniert. Was nicht funktioniert ist es eine weitere 1TB- SSD in den Slot der mit "NGFF" bezeichnet ist, einzubauen.
Ich habe die 512 GB SSD in den 2. Slot eingebaut, und diese funktioniert dann leider auch nicht.

Ich habe 2 Acemagic S1 und habe in beiden Teilen alle Varianten ausprobiert. Leider funktioniert es nicht. Ich bin wirklich überfragt.
Ich werde morgen nochmals die betroffene 1TB SSD morgen in ein externes Gehäuse einbauen und dann über USB testen.

Auch die Installation von C++ um das Programm für die Gestaltung des Frontdisplays zum Laufen zu bringen, hat nichts gebracht.

Ich bin wirklich ratlos - habe mehrere Mini PC´s in letzter Zeit getestet und auch in Einsatz gebracht. Ich möchte wirklich mit diesem Mini PC arbeiten, aber wenn ich den 2. Slot für die 1TB SSD nicht zum Laufen bekommen, verliert das Gerät für mich massiv an Bedeutung und Wert.

Wie gehen wir weiter vor?

Ein Gerät habe ich über Amazon bestellt, ein weiteres Gerät kürzlich über ihre Seite.....

For reference, the spare, unpopulated m.2 slot, as in the one nearest the edge of the unit, is SATA only. The inner m.2 slot, which is the one that comes populated with a drive when you buy the unit, supports NVMe.

The two drives mentioned in the original post won't work with that spare m.2 slot, only the inner one that's already populated.

S1 is configured with NVME SSD, one card slot supports NVME/SATA; the other only supports SATA, you can refer to the attached picture;
If you want to add a new NVME SSD, it must be installed in the NVME card slot (replacing the original SSD;

Note: NGFF (generally refers to the M.2 interface); the difference in appearance of SSDs with NVME protocol and SATA protocol lies in the interface.

Danke, war mein "Fehler".habe eine neue SSD mit der alten Schnittstelle bestellt. Funktioniert jetzt. Schade, dass es nur eine langsame Schnittstelle ist.weiterhin bekomme ich das Display nicht individualisiert. Muss ich weiter suchen...

If you try to install the C++ library and run the screen control program it doesn't work;
In response to this situation, we recommend that you try to reinstall the system (you can use the control program directly after the installation is completed) (the lighting control program has been optimized); it may have been due to the system accidentally deleting the control program.
