Unable to copy to external USB drive

Hi All,
I got this T8PLUS this last June. Yesterday for the first time I wanted to copy a file to a Sony walkman(USB drive) and it would not allow me to copy. So far I googled for a solution and have disabled Bitlocker(multiple times) and also turned off secure boot. Anybody here come across this issue. Very much appreciate your help.

I have also tried to copy files to other USB drives and none of them work. I could copy to the same USB drives from my laptop though. So the USB drives are fine.

A Sony Walkman? Is that a really old device, or does Sony still make them? I wonder what driver it needs.

So, does your system allow you to write to a normal USB flash drive or hard drive? I've never encountered a problem using external storage on any of my mini PCs, so this is a new one. Unless you're running some security software that blocks it, or have some Windows Domain or Security setting enabled to block it.

I think they're referring to an MP3 player. Sony makes a few different ones, all being USB connectable.

Thank you for responding dragonpoo and Gabe.
It happens to be a Sony MP3 player with a USB interface to save music. That is how I happened to find the problem. I am unable to copy to any usb flash drive. It is strange indeed. Have not changed any setting until I encountered this issue. I then googled around and have been trying a few suggestions and none have worked. The USB drives I am using are good as I can copy to them from my laptop.

Images can already be added. When replying, click on Attachments, then Add files. There you can upload a file and place it inline.
