I am having the same issues. Also replaced everything and tried resetting. I went on amazon to the product support page and sent an email. Hopefully I will hear back soon.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
We are currently verifying and analyzing this issue with AMR5. Following the troubleshooting steps still does not work. There may be an internal malfunction;

If you still haven't gotten a reply, and you don't see a reply from barry within the next few days (I don't know if he's on during the weekend), I'd email him at the address he indicated in his reply to the OP.

I am having the same problem. I bought AMR5 in May from Amazon. It turned off and now won't turn back on. The charger has green light but when plugged into AMR5, it turns off (which probably means there is short in the AMR5). I measured the charger output and it outputs 19VDC correctly. I tried to reach out to the seller in Amazon, and given different troubleshooting methods, with no success. Have anyone resolve this issue or was able to get a warranty repair from the seller? I haven't heard from the seller for 3 days with no response. I have seen similar issue for few here on the forum and I wonder if this is common issue. Even if I get it repaired, I can't be sure how long it will last before failing again.

1. First check the power adapter: first disconnect it from the AMR5 and observe whether the indicator light on the power adapter lights up normally. (If the adapter indicator light cannot light up normally, it is recommended to replace the adapter), refer to the video:
If the adapter is not faulty, continue to the next step to troubleshoot;
2. Disconnect all peripherals on the AMR5, use the card pin to press the reset button on the front panel (8 to 10 seconds), and then try to power on again;
3. Reinstall the AMR5 memory module and SSD, and use an eraser to gently wipe the metal contact points of the memory and SSD.

4. If the above steps are still ineffective, it may be an internal hardware failure. It is recommended that you do not repair it privately. According to the warranty information, if there is no human damage, you are entitled to a one-year warranty replacement service. (You can send your Amazon purchase order number to barry@minipcunion.com and we can verify your warranty time)
