My four month old new Kamrui AK1 Plus Mini stop working

Dear all,

My four month old Kamrui mini pc stop working. No sign, no lights, nothing. What to do?

It would be a good idea to go through the following troubleshooting procedure.




If none of that helps, I would then try a BIOS discharge.. The following video shows the procedure.
