Modificar la velocidad del ventilador

Hola,
Recientemente he comprado un Nipogi 5560U que casi no he usado. Me gustaría poder controlar la velocidad del ventilador para bajarla y que no haga tanto ruido.
Alguien sabe cómo hacerlo? He probado con algún programa genérico pero no da resultado.

I doubt it is possible. Fans are dumb, just running as fast as the power flow allows, so something like adjusting the speed means that the power connection is smart enough to change its flow.

There is currently no application released to control fan speed; however, you can refer to the following link to update the firmware (optimize fan speed):
