There is any Bios or EC updates for AM07

These kinds of updates are rare unless there's a need for them, like a bug. What problem are you trying to solve?

Ty for your response. I have not any kind of problem, i solve de 100% fan speed issue with that EC fw.
Im just asking because want try updated all before i start to work with it.
But it works great for now.
Also i change the thermal paste with arctic mx-6 and gain almost 3°C in full charge.

I'm glad the thermal paste makes such a difference! I feel the same way, I like to make sure everything is updated on my systems.

Yes, aply a better thermal paste not only gain lower temperatures in full charge, also gain a little in mid-low range charge.
Last week i installed windows 10 despite the w11, it auto-charged the license, and the system runs a few better than this w11 (i hate it). Only one miss driver left after full update, but the driver pack in other post of the forum solve it perfectly.

Now i have better ram consume (about 800mb less), less charge in the CPU and GPU, and overall, better SO and mini pc.

Im so Happy with all the improves and changes.

In a future... i will change de wlan card, ssd and ram. But for now, its enough.

I have to agree about Win10 versus Win11 - It is obvious Microsoft envies Apple's success and will do anything to copy them, but that's not a move I like, so my system is still on Windows 10

...oh wait, it can't even handle Windows 11 officially, so I didn't get a choice. Not that it matters.

I did the same with my AMR5 and AM06 Pro, both of which have the Ryzen 5 5600U. It did't make a huge difference, but it did drop the temps enough that it was worth it. I had originally used MX-4 in the AMR5, but redid it with MX-6 after using it in the AM06 Pro and seeing a bigger difference.

I used MX-4 with my AM02 and that resulted in a significant difference, so I didn't bother redoing that one with the MX-6.

With my GK1 and AK3 I used Arctic Silver 5 and also replaced the aluminum shim in each one with copper. It helped dropped each of them about 10°C.

I tend to fiddle around with these units a good bit. Probably too much.

Yes, better CPU thermal paste can effectively reduce the temperature and further improve CPU performance; good heat dissipation can achieve higher performance.
