Blocco sulla Pagina Iniziale

Ho acquistato da poco questo MiniPC configurato correttamente e fatto funzionare per una intera giornata. L'indomani una volta avviato il minipc, carica regolarmente il bios ma resta resta bloccato sulla Pagina Iniziale, dopo un clic di mouse si apre la pagina per inserire la password di accesso , ma non si attiva il box per poter scriverla ma ritorna alla pagina precedente con l'orologio. e da qui non si va piu' avanti. Allego foto.
Chi mi può aiutare? Grazie in anticipo

Method 1: On the first screen, hold down the keyboard shift and use the mouse to click to restart. (Do not loose shift during the restart process.) Enter the advanced startup interface and select Troubleshooting, Repair System, or Reset System.
Method 2: Reinstall the system directly

I have same problem but the method 1 not work because there is a blue screen with the following error:

driver verifier dma violation

What can I do?

Try reinstalling the system.
