As far as I know, the AMR5 was not designed to support Windows 10, and there is no driver package to support it using Windows 10.

Some of the Windows 11 drivers may be backward compatible with Windows 10, but there's no guarantee that any specific one will be.

i'm running w10 on mine.. all 'unknown devices' were resolved by combination of:

• AMD drivers ... if that doesn't work then get the auto detect and install version
• windows update (look for optional updates, which often have device drivers), or
• AMR5 BT/WiFi drivers

Hallo.. sorry, das ich mich hier einhänge.
Ich hab einen ACEMAGICIAN AM06 Pro mit AMD Ryzen 7 5800U.
Ich möchte gerne Windows 11 neu installieren.
Aber schon beim ersten Step findet er keine Festplatten.
Wo bekomme ich die Treiber her?
Eine exe nutzt mir in dem Fall ja nichts - ich brauche ein Paket, was man auf einen USB-Stick spielen kann
damit der Installer das durchsuchen kann.
(Außerdem hab ich bisher nur einen Mac hier - der kann ja mit einer Exe auch nichts anfangen.)
