Kamrui CK 10 i5-11320H Drivers and USB-C issue

I'm having problems connecting my Thunderbolt 3 device to my brand new Kamrui CK 10 i5-11320H.
I couldn't find Kamrui drivers so downloaded a driver from intel.
It shows up in eject popup 'Eject UAD-2 Satellite Thunderbolt 3' but It's not working (light flashing).
It worked on my series 7 and 8 NUCs but not this new one.
I tried contacting Kamrui Support but no reply.
Is there a link someone can provide for official drivers?
Has anyone else had success connecting a Thunderbolt 3 device to Kamrui CK 10?

The function of the USB-C interface on CK10 only supports data transmission;
If you have requirements for a lightning function interface, it is recommended to use the TK11 series.
It is recommended that you use the Type-C interface of AMR5 and AM08 Pro (it is a full-featured Type-C), which supports external monitors, data transmission and charging functions.
