J3455(AK1) entrada jack 3,5 sin sonido

Hola a todos. Necesito vuestra ayuda. He conectado varios altavoces y auriculares a la entrada jack 3,5 y no saca sonido. En dispositivos de salida/sonido el windows 10 solamente detecta la salida de audio de mi TV LG. He probado a instalar diversos drivers realtek intel pero nada. El solucionador de problemas tampoco detecta más dispositivos salvo mi TV.
Alguien puede ayudarme o decirme la solución?

Lo primero gracias por tu respuesta. Ya lo he intentado reinstalando codescs audio y persiste el problema. Seguiré buscando una solución. Tampoco ha funcionado restablecer sistema operativa ni migrar a windows 11. Un saludo.
