Initial power on fine, now no display AK1 Plus

Received my AK1 Plus today and booted up per the instructions with no issues. Got updates installed and everything was working fine before going back to my main laptop for several hours. Now I’m trying to use the AK1 Plus, getting the blue light but nothing on the monitor. Tried 3 different monitors all confirmed to work with my main laptop. Is there a way to hard reset without seeing or a fix?

1. It is recommended to replace the HDMI cable or replace another HDMI interface
2. Discharge according to the video operation:

Great video, easy to follow along but no success discharging. I’ve tried three HDMI cords and three different monitors.
